This is my first time sharing a project (and I sincerely hope this is the correct forum!)  My husband and his friends are avid beer drinkers (or were before they all moved away), and they used to collect all of the caps.  When our containers started overflowing, I began pondering what things I can make with bottle caps.  These are the bracelets I made.  I also made rings and magnets, but I might post pictures of those later!

So, pictures!

....And, here is what it looks like on:

They were a lot of fun to make!  They are a little bulky, but I don't really mind.  I have come up with a good way to make them less scratchy on the back.  Any suggestions?

My partner is a beer fan too, and we're starting to acquire quite a few caps.  Thanks for the idea.

I saw a girl one day with a belt made from bottle caps it was so cool. I think she had hers attached to a leather belt.

I thought of making a belt, but I don't wear belts very often!  I think the belts are cute tho.  Maybe one day I will give it a try!  Cheesy

To solve the scratchy problem try using felt on the backs....or even attaching them to a crocheted bracelet  Wink

The crocheted bracelet is brilliant!  Now, I just need to find someone who can crochet...

I have a jar full of bottle caps too! Maybe I'll make some bracelets one day...

Do you happen to live in Texas? Because I don't think I know of any states other than that where Shiner is big.

LOL.  Yup.  I am from Texas.  Shiner's not my fave, but it is a cheaper good beer.
