Thanks! They do dangle down to my friends shoulders. She loves them but has not mentioned any neck tickling, I am sure they would though!

Not at all! I actually used the edge of a spoon to curl them. You n eed to hold them firmly at the base and pull with the spoon with varying pressure depending on how much curl you want. Start easy then increase pressure. It's glued to a piece of felt and slides on a headband. I gave it to my friend and she's worn it several times and the curl is still there.

How did you get the feathers to curl like that? My family owns peacocks so I have an abundance of feathers to use up, but I've never seen a curly one before!

Thanks guys! I used the back of a spoon to curl the feathets, just make sure to keep a form grip on their base so you don't pull them out.
