Thanks!  They do dangle down to my friends shoulders.  She loves them but has not mentioned any neck tickling, I am sure they would though!

I am utterly in love with the peacock hair accessory!!  Would you mind if I ask how you made it & how you curled the feathers & made them stay???   Smiley

Not at all!  I actually used the edge of a spoon to curl them.   You n eed to hold them firmly at the base and pull with the spoon with varying pressure depending on how much curl you want.  Start easy then increase pressure.    It's glued to a piece of felt and slides on a headband.  I gave it to my friend and she's worn it several times and the curl is still there.
