I have these small boxes that paperclips come in and I wanted to do a project with them, I thought maybe painting over them might make the very thin cardboard bow up though. I am not quite sure how to go about decorating them because of this issue. I can'e decopauge for the same reason. I could maybe use a glue stick to put paper on but that would make getting into the corners a problem. Has anyone here worked with this material or similar material before?

Spray mount? It does all my paper-craft gluing because it doesn't stay bent or creased once it has dried.
