I have watched what I can find off youtube, but I just cant get a good feel for corespinning. Does anyone have any suggestions for a website, video or book?

Jill from eXtreme spinning did a class recently in CT.  She can be found on Ravelry.  Her name on the site is "ExtremeSpinning.  Please do tell her that "K" sent you! Smiley

I`ve used Jungrrls vid for core spinning.  I don`t have her URL right now, as I`m at work (no work to do though, so I`ll do this instead Wink )  but I can come back with that link if you haven`t seen her vids yet.

Here's the link!

Jacey Boggs has a really good video called Sit and Spin.  It's not cheap ($40), but she does a really good job of explaining exactly what to do.

Her video is aimed at spinning art yarns, and the video has a very fun rock and roll vibe.  Her technical info is great, and corespinning is just one part of what she teaches.  That said, the style of the video is very unique and I suppose it might not appeal to everyone.  You can watch a little clip of the video here to get an idea if you'd like it or not: http://www.insubordiknit.com/video

Jacey is a great teacher, and if you can afford the video, I recommend it, even if the yarns she's making aren't your style, or if you don't like the rock music interludes, since you can adapt the info to make whatever type of yarn you like.
