Dollar Store swap

I'm not sure if this has been done before but I thought it was always a really really cool challenge and I think it would be interesting to see what it translates into in a swap.
I was thinking everyone could go to a dollar store or thrift store maybe? Or something similar and spend no more than 10 dollars to create a craft or several small crafts based on their partners wist or pintrest or some PMing.
The main part of the craft should be the item bought from the dollar store but if other items would be needed to put it together or make it more functional that would be okay as long as the dollarstore item gets the spotlight. Would anyone be interested in this? Or interested in organizing?
