Fashionable Pin Cushion Sz 9

So did you ever have a idea in your head, get everything you need , then cut the top of your thumb off cooking dinner and can't do it? No? Just me then...lol.. This has been on my "To-Do" list.
All you need is:
A Shoe- it doesn't need to be a high heel
A Sock- not a nylon, your putting pins in it
And Sand- Keeps the needles sharp and it weighs it down.

I have the perfect pair of shoes for this!!! We just got back from the beach too so there should be enough sand between the tub and rinsing the bathingsuits for 5 or 6 of these!

I have a lone high heel that lost its mate. This is the perfect project to put the shoe to use again. Great Idea!

Thanks so much everyone! I love it. I use the open toe part to keep my sewing needles in, that way they don't get pushed all the way through. I found almost a dozen when I took apart the old pin cushion....
