I made all 3 of these hats from the Ewa pattern which was free to download on Ravelry.  I love that using different yarns gives each one a different look. The best bit was embellishing the hats with flowers.

I love these! They make me think of a vintage tea party... 1920's and 30's inspired. So lovely, cute, and classy all at the same time :0) The first one with the red flowers is my favorite of the three.

Thanks, I'm thinking of trying it in wool for a Winter version.  Not sure it will be stiff enough to hold the shape of the brim but it could just work.

I have selected some yarn for a wool version.  it is going to be embellished with flowers.  Would love to see what everyone else makes with this pattern - it is such a good basic shape.
