Just finished a mural for my sons room! His name is Augustus but we call him Augie. I wanted to do a graffiti theme so I looked at a bunch of pictures of graffiti and took the letters from various graffiti fonts. I airbrushed most of the colors onto the wall and then used acrylic to sharpen up the letters and for the black outline. The mural is pretty large. About 4'x5.5'. I painted the bottom of the wall a basic blue to finish it. I even made him a skateboard shelf from an old skateboard I bought at a garage sale. I'm really happy with it!

Great job!  It does look like graffiti.

I love this, it's so cool! the shelf is really awesome. Is it really as high up as it looks, though?

Yes, the skateboard is up a little high. Probably 5.5' up. We did this on purpose cause my son is a little monkey and I could just see him using his toy chest as a stool to get to the skateboard and then pulling the whole thing down on his head.

Thank you all for the positive feedback!
