I had to finally get brave enough to give the poppet/punkins a go! and so i decided to combine one along with one of my favorite styles, gibbous!
Introducing Olivia Fernly 

I needle felted her woolen hair into her head, and also her nose. my kiddo was worried that i was hurting poor Olivia Fernly, but she didnt seem to mind it too much  Smiley

her gibbous style inspired gown blowing in the wind. i love mixing up textures and with her coloration and hair style, it seemed rather fitting to her personality.

She's so cute! I love all of the different colors and textures of her hair and dress. It's almost like all of your beautiful sewing scraps magically reconstituted themselves into this darling little creature!  Cheesy Great work!
