You won't get it here. Photoshop is paid software and we can't condone giving it out for free. Try searching for Gimp, a similar program that I believe is free.

They do have a 30 day free trial on there website, but the full version is $$$. I think you can find Elements for under $100 if you don't need all the bells and whistles.
