I just got my package (it came really fast) and I am extremely stoked and eager to show my stuff off!!!

cindylund sent me:
-a pair of gloves and an earband
-a cell phone cozy made out of a bike tire
-a necklace and a pair of earrings made out of a bike chain
-an awesome bag that is really bike appropriate (and i just discovered another pocket on the strap while i was typing this!)

some photos (image heavy!):

I was really pleased with my package! It was like Christmas! Thank you so much Cindy, this was my first swap and you made it a wonderful experience! You are really talented!

I got my package last night!  I received an AWESOME t-shirt, a pretty decoupaged box, and a handmade book with biking-appropriate recipes!  Thanks so much, Geeyouknit!  I will post pictures as soon as my life gets a little less hectic--hopefully in the next day or so.  Smiley

Cheesy I'm glad you like your stuff nilla_bean! my boyfriend came up with the idea to make the streamers out of measuring tape! genius!

Anyway, here's pictures of the stuff I sent nilla_bean cause her camera's not working:

first there's the hip sack (first time putting a zipper between the lining and the outer fabric yesssssss):

My bike modeling the streamers:

And the beverage holder for cruisin' and boozin' (or for your travel mug) which does double duty as a crazy arm band:

I got my box today when I swinged by my parent's place.  YEA!

My parents and I were totally amazed by what was inside Artery's box:

A hand sewn long sleeved bicycle shirt
A bicycle photo frame (decoupaged)
A beaded necklace (chain stitch)
A gear chain bracelet with orange string thread through it
Bicycle Pasta
And a short sleeved cycling shirt

My chin dropped when I saw all the thought and care that went into putting it all together.  Artery, you are so talented!  I hope you have a picture to share with everyone as I don't have a digital camera and your package was REALLY impressive.

THANKS!
