Wow those are incredible. The detail and shine is insane, how do you keep the colours so well separated! Definitely envious of your clay/ steampunky skills. Amazing work!

The big picture may be amazing but it's the little details that inspire.

Thank-you! I usually do the entire piece with a base mica powder - in this case, silver... then I mix mica powder with a small amount of satin polyurethane and paint on different colours, such as copper, bronze, brass, etc... it stays a lot more clean and crisp that way. Smiley

That is incredibly fantastic. I saw the tiny picture and had to get a closer look. I can't believe the detail.

Grin Good luck with the big show!

Thanks very much! I can use all the luck in the world - I am sooo behind. Three weeks left, and I still have a LOT of stuff to make! It's crunch time. Smiley

I'm assuming it's a public show with real people in public? I would be crapping it. Shocked

I couldn't really find the words for how much I like your stuff, but I have liked you and looked at every pic on your website, awaiting the return of the shop. Tongue

YES - A real show with REAL people. A BIG change from selling strictly online, that's for sure. It is 4 full days of face-hurt from smiling so widely at all the (70,000) lovely people... XD It's the only show I do, and I love it for all it's craziness.
