Dessert is one of my favourite things, but it does not love me with the same fervor.  Hence no-sugar-August; a month off the sweet, sugary goodness to let my brain (and backside) recover from winter's parade of cinnamon buns, caramel pecan sticky scrolls and many black forest birthday cakes.  I made this to put on the fridge as a reminder to suck it up, because I am a complete child who lacks anything resembling willpower.  Thought some of you guys might get a chuckle out of it Smiley

Good luck! I made a pact with my hubby today to lose 16 lbs by the end of September. I'm going to try and be right alongside you with the no sugar!

This sign is GENIUS. I have an issue with sugar myself and this would be a near perfect deterrent hanging above the sugar bowl. I say "near" perfect b/c the only thing lacking would be the padlock that goes on the sugar bowl. I LOVE this. It is very clever and the font is beyooooooooooooteou s!

LOL, I love the saying and I really really like your font choices!  What fonts did you use?
