i bought these bobbins for my machine (i was so sure they would fit) but they didnt fit  Huh anyway, i had already opened them, and wasnt about to make another trip to return them, so this is what they became

Oh gosh I have done that too - bought those plastic bobbins and then found they don't work -although the shop assistant assured me they were for an Elna.  I never thought of making jewellery with them. What clever idea and it looks good too.
