Ooo yay here we go!

I got some lovely cards in the mail yesterday!

First, from indigo_roses, this cool origami fish card!

(There was also an extra origami fish that didn't fit on an ATC )

Also, from blupaisan, this awesome giraffe unicycle card!

As I am not even to the point where I can ride a normal unicycle, I think it will be a while before I can try a giraffe unicycle!!  But this is exactly the inspiration I need!

Also, blupaisan included this delightful cycling chimpanzee postcard!

Haha!  Totally made my day!

I received 2 ATCs in the mail today!

Mountains and Clouds sent me 2 made from pictures that she took in Hawaii. That would definitely be one of my favorite places! (it's hard to take a picture of a picture! It was reflective with or without the cover. This was the best pic I got)


cinnamon teal sent me a very detailed ATC for my "blue and brown" theme. I'm planning on putting all of that theme together in a frame and hanging them in my blue and brown bedroom! 


Thank you very much to both of you! Once I find my printer cables (they disappeared during my move) I'll replace these with better scanned images.

Do zentangles by chance ever make people a bit dizzy when they draw them? They come out so great but I feel like you really have to focus on the pattern not to mess them up. Great job!

I received from indigo_roses. Country that starts with the letter b. Belgium. In Ypres Belgium a Cat Fesitval is held to portray a medievil ritual of throwing cats off a belfry. Stuffed toys are used now.

Yay, I got my first August cards!!
from indigo_roses, my ABCs of kitty life :

The title is Sneaky paws Stealing String.  So appropriate!  I have string as tassels on my bookmark and every night when I read myself to sleep, my kitty Golda goes for the string.  I love the colors in this card!! Thank you so much, indigo_roses for starting off my ABC collection so well.

Mrs.LindsayLoo gave me not one but THREE flying household objects ATCs!
Here they are -
First up, "Furniture Flies out of Date"

OMG, I love love love retro furnishings! I love how they are floating around the ceiling with the room showing below.
next, "hygiene flies"

Man, I love the backgrounds on these!  And the objects are so well drawn, and cut out so meticulously. I could never do it!
Last and most funny, "it vibrates when it flies"

I laughed for such a long time on this one.  The wings are so perfect for the 'appliance'. I love all the little movement squiggles around it.

I had completely missed the gallery for August and already so many great ATCs have been posted!
I also received an ATC today for my theme Imaginary Friends. Here is yet another great card from blupaisan.



Blupaisan writes that little green people lived under her bed when she was young. They protected her from anything bad in her room and put her arm back when it fell over the side of the bed. How cool!
