I am much more enamored with the idea of creating a textile, a usable piece of cloth, when cloth is such a basic element of everyday life.  To me, creating cloth is like creating wood or water.  It's totally magical.

I totally agree! It's so cool to see yarn turn into cloth before your eyes! Your pattern is allso cool and colours are amazing. So delicious  Cheesy

I love that your yellows don't match- I think it gives it greater depth.

My mom is a weaver (close to 40 years now) and she shares a similar philosophy about creating cloth. Smiley

The Handweaver's Pattern Dictionary is truly wondrous. I love the colors you used. I absolutely agree with you, I love weaving cloth and making something functional out of it.
