Ok, here is the stuffed chair tissue box cover:

I'm not sure I like how it looks. The box is taller than it is wide so the chair looks funny - I thought I had the cushion measurement right, but maybe not. The cushion was hard to make - I jordy'd (boxed) the corners to make it look like a chair. I spray glued about 6 layers of fleece together for the cushion, a piece of foam would've been much easier, but I didn't have any. Attaching was hard cuz I not only hot glued it on, but went back to stitch it between the layers and the center hole for the tissue had to be done 1st, so I couldn't seperate the 2. I put too much glue so it was hard to stitch, bent several needles.

I was trying to think of other types of chairs to make, but couldn't think of any. What do you guys think? About this and other possible chairs to make.

Thanks.

Hee... it's cute. ^.^

Maybe you could do a matching couch/loveseat with the larger (the shorter, longer ones) tissue boxes?

Thank you Bunyanka & to your boyfriend too. I suppose proportions don't really matter since this is supposed to be whimsical.

If you decide to use the boutique box again to make a chair, you could do it with the tissue box opening in the back. This way the chair would look a little more in proportion; It wouldn't be quite as tall.  And yes you could easily make the regular size tissue box into a couch.  I know some woman who covered up a brick to make it look like a couch.  It is meant to be a door stop.  It could easily be made into a couch.  Again, have the tissues coming out from the back and not the top.
