As a matter of fact, I did make Valentine's gifts!  I decided to make the "52 Reasons I Love You" books for my husband and three kids...started in early January and didn't finish in time.  I gave them the books anyway and promised to finish them up (which I did).  They all loved them!  Even the non-reader



Also, I would like to publicly acknowledge a wonderful Craftster on this board:  Pincushion_Queen  She made my youngest son an incredible T-Shirt without expecting anything in return!  He absolutely loves the shirt

i really must try paper craft the cut out cards look amazing!
 we dont realy do valntines day but i usually try to make a little something even if its just a quick card.
this is my 'crafted' card for my O/H (he sculpts so i used one of his own creations as the inspiration for the card)



he got it immediatly and was really pleased with it so im happy 




been painting gingerbread men again (i know...its feb... ) o/h birthday is the next  on the list he liked this one but complained bitterly that i had only done the most basic lego man and not a falcon knight gues what im painting next

I made chocolate dipped strawberries and a card for my sweetie for Valentine's Day. He says he knows it's over when he no longer gets homemade cards from me! Awww! I will try to post pics soon. Very nice everyone!

I have made another little gifty for my bff's new daughter. It's just a cute little flirty skirt and an applique on the onesie.


And now the rest of my month (March) will be absolutely CONSUMED by the following projects:

 - Finish mini-skirt for sister before she leaves for her honeymoon (end of March)
 - Build wooden play castle (for Safari/Schleiss size figurines) for lil' one's 2nd Birthday (by Mar 23)
 - Sew Knight costume for lil' one's 2nd birthday (by Mar 23)
 - Finish matching bow-ties and suspenders for kiddos' easter outfits (by end of Mar)
 - Birthday gift for FIL? Ah!

PLUS - I have to finish my swap package for my partner in the Grimm Swap (which I'm organizing - WHAT was I thinking?!) and send it by march 5

I've got a lot on my plate. I'm gonna need more tea.

I just try making some paper cut cards! maybe for mother's day? hmmm 

Teamama: that onesie is just too stinkin cute ! and wow that's a whole lot of crafting for one month !!

I don't have much to do for this month. I really wanted to make some shot glasses for my DH for this birthday this weekend, but I don't know where to go to buy a set of plain ones that also wont cost me a fortunate? His bday is this weekend I can't believe it slipped my mind like that. Damn school ! But he's going to FL with his boys for a week so I guess that's my punishment? 

I have no crafts until May, but doesn't hurt to start early early

Thanks butterflyangel! The little bebe looked ADORABLE in the outfit, so it was def. a success.

It's March Break now, and I intend to get a LOT of crafting done this week. Also - can you guys all believe that it's been just over 6 months of this craft-a-long!? There have been some AMAZING things created over the last 6 months and I hope we can keep the momentum going!
