Another one knocked off the list. Here's my salvation army orange tee and the matchbox cars sleep pants.

Very proud of this, included french seams on the legs and double sewn hems. I am slowly advancing in my sewing skills....love french seams.

Well, here's my mother on law's walker bag,modeled on DH's old walker. Dollar store purse $8.00. The Goodwill purses looked terrible and cost almost as much! So Dollar Store it was. Added wide black straps to convert it, had the straps and velcro already. Hand sewed the velcro for extra stability, instead of relying on the sticky backing. That way if she's out she doesn't have to mess with a walker bag and juggling a purse, and it zips shut in the middle to keep wallet and keys safe. I left the original handles attached-they're just tucked inside. So she doesn't have to transfer stuff to a purse, if she's leaving the walker behind. Just undo the velcro straps, tuck them in, pull out the purse handle. Mainly I'm hoping she'll use it at home for little things-tissue, cell phone, lipstick, ect. Don't know when we're seeing her, but she'll get it next time we do, instead of waiting for Christmas.
Not really a homemade gift, but it's a start!

@Hawkeyesgirl - love the pajamas!  Did you use a pattern for the bottoms?  I think I'll have to make some for my 14 year old (he likes patterned pajamas, but it's hard to find actual patterns he likes).

Although, I have learned NOT to give pajamas/socks/underwear to the kids as gifts - lol

I know, not exciting but something he will definitely like! Yes, I used some basic sleep pant pattern, I think it was Simplicity. Found the fabric at Walmart.

I love pajamas! Haha. My mom always gave us a pair of pajamas every Christmas, but she had us open them the night before so that we could wear them to bed Christmas Eve and on Christmas morning.

Those pajamas are fab too! I don't think I'd get around to making complete sets of pjs for everyone this year, but I AM thinking about personalizing some frugally purchased ones.

Those pajamas look great!  Nice and snuggly.   The walker bag/purse also looks great.  I think it's awesome that it's convertible into a regular purse. 

I've been doing some work on my brother's afghan.  It's taking less time than I thought it would, but I went through and counted it out on my diagram -- the finished product will be somewhere around 1,300 squares    It'll by far be the biggest project I've ever taken on.

I am totally in!!!  I had a serious fall back Last January and have been partially disabled due to a spinal injury, slowly improving though( YAY!!), ever since. With my husband then in Police Academy and me unable to work aside from at home with my online venture, we had already made this past year about homemade gift giving.  And though in a better place this upcoming year financially, we had so much FUN last year with making, that we decided to continue this tradition!

SO with out further ado:

Ehh......Sorry about the injury Eclectic but WELCOME!!!! I love that you already decided on your own (with hubby too!) to make homemade gifts. What a great pair!! 

I am:
  ---Making poppets, stenciled T-shirts, probably a bag of some sort, a feather lariat---- Trying to get swaps out of the way so I can work on my hubby's bargello quilt ^^ (half done). I wanna try to get that finished before the cold season ends -.-U
