first time working with fleece! so soft...i liked him, but i thought his body was too long. he was a present for a friend. don't know what she'll name him! he's got little wings on his back in purple that you can't see in this photo...all in all, i think he's ok. next one will hopefully be better.

thoughts/suggestions?

also, any tips with working on fleece? i was too scared to touch it with a sewing machine, so he's all hand-sewn.

Very nice for first time working with fleece & Wow all hand sewn. Also he's adorable. Cheesy A suggestion if you use fleece & another fabric sew on the non fleece side & pin a lot & if your just sewing fleece I just pin real close & sew slow, you'll get the feel of it once you do it. Hope that helps? Great Job!! Wink

I think he's perfect!  I 2nd the lots of pinning if you're new to sewing fleece on the machine.  I've never had a problem w/fleece on my sewing machine.  I also 2nd the going slow in the beginning.
