The are a great way to use up small tesserae. You can give them as gifts, or place in obvious places for people to find their own surprise treasure. Or as a friend coined the term, 'Random Acts of Art'.

There were quick and fun. No doubt I will be creating more of them. Smiley

Ooh, those are beautiful!  I love the blue one.  But they're all gorgeous!

Do you grout them onto real rocks?

Very cool idea - they are beautiful and I would love to have some for my garden.
Do you have to r-seal the grout every year, or is there something you can do to make them more permanently "weather-proof"?

Those are awesome! And I love the idea of leaving them somewhere for someone to find!

Thank you all! What a lovely surprise! Smiley

They are real stones, and no need to re-do them each year, as long as they are prepped properly and the correct adhesive and grout is used. If they are in harsh conditions it is recommended to put them away during extreme cold.
