It's an Alice pillow!

To make your very own you'll need:
Blue:
3 6"x10"
1 13"x21"
1 17"x21"
White:
2 3.5"x10"
1 3.5"x21"
2 6"x21"
1 9.5"x21"
1 9.5"x42"
(all measurements include a .5" seam allowance)
Take 1 6x10 blue and 1 3.5x10 white and sew them along the 10" side:

Alternate blue and white until you have this:

Finish the seams and line up the 3.5x21 piece for the waist of the apron along the bottom of the top:

Gather the apron skirt (the 9.5x42) top and stitch onto the 9.5x21 piece, wrong sides together. The 9.5x21 piece is so the skirt part maintains its shape. It will look like this on the front:

And this on the back:

Gather the bottom of the apron skirt and stitch to the bottom of the same backing piece.
With right sides together sew the apron skirt to the waistband to get this:

Sew the ties (6x21) by folding them in half and stitching along the long side. Then finger press them so the seam is in the middle and sew the top. You'll come out with this:

Turn ties right side out and press.
Stitch ties to the waistband. Stitch apron sides to backing.

Hem the 2 big blue pieces with a 2" hem. Lay them down so right sides face right sides. You should see only the wrong sides.
Sew together.
Turn right side out, put a pillow in and there you have your 20"x20" Alice-inspired pillow cover!

Tie it tightly for the look in the 1st photo.
Hope you can use this!
