The crackled beads are howlite, sometimes called turquoise (not exactly the same kind of turquoise you usually think of).  You can find the skulls in a bunch of colors on ebay.  Also round beads, cute little moon beads...I've been e-shopping, inspired by these fabulous bracelets.  

Oh, and Walmart (of all places) has some cute 3D rose buttons that would look good with this design; my store had them in red and pale pink.

I want to make something similar that's like the turquoise skull bead and white beads that are crackled a little/have texture or the white skull with turquoise beads.
