Hey guys! So a looooong time ago I had made some wrist warmers *no pattern* for my daughter, and posted that here:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=293994.msg3342978#msg3342978

I was so excited (alas I had a crap-tastic camera though!) to share what I had done. Anyways, I had been wanting to do it again but had not written down, beyond basic chicken-scratch notes, the pattern. Here I am, finally I sat down to actually write up a pattern of my own design, and here is the finished product! The cables are different and I plan to go back to the original one for my next pattern, but decided for my first "official" pattern to be a simple cable.

What do you guys think? hee hee, I am giddy!

Action shot!

The palm is purled...

How do you like? Oh, and the yarn was given to me by my sister-in-law, handspun and dyed from her own alpacas! It was sweeeeeet to work with and I will be so sad next time I pick up a skein of Red Heart.  Undecided
