It's that time again! I head back August 16th. I  would love to do a swap to spoil all the teachers who are girding their loins for a creative, exhausting, brand-new year with their students. It could focus on classroom supplies or stress relief or inspiration. We might need a non-teacher to organize since we are all busy right now! =) I could maaaaybe organize if we kept it small. Any interest?

Her dirty paws and furry coat,
She ran down the forest slope.
The forest of talking trees,
They used to sing about the birds and the bees.
The bees had declared a war,
The sky wasn't big enough for them all.

Oh yes yes yes!  I too am a teacher in training and currently am a teacher's assistant but one day will have my own classroom.  I love to get things for our classroom now and when I get my own I will take them with me if I so choose!  YAY!  I can organize if need be!

I might be interested. I'm a high school Spanish teacher of 21 yrs so I have all kinds of tricks up my sleeve that could help some of you younger folk. Smiley

I actually start PrePlanning tomorrow morning (YAY!) so I'm jealous of those of you who have a week or two of summer remaining.

If this gets running, could someone give me a poke? Smiley

Cool! Crazyda79, if you are interested in organizing, take it away!

I'm interested.  Not a teacher yet - finished degree but now to find a place!  It's fun to dream about, in any case.  Smiley

I'd love a more general back to school swap.  I'm still a college student (although I may just be a substitute teacher for the fall) but regardless, this would be fun.

I told myself that I was really going to limit myself as far as swaps go for the fall, but of course, I cannot!   Cheesy

I would LOVE to be a part of this swap if it gets up and running...

I really, really, need some different colored yarn pom-poms for my class...ones that can take being tossed around by preschoolers...

TroubleT, you didn't have hardly any time off for the summer, it seems!  I got out on June 30th, don't go back till Aug. 29th.
