Ok... had to click on "this rocks" Smiley My son (whose autistic "stuckism" is safari/zoo animals of all sorts -anything but dogs and cats usually Wink ) would absolutely love something just like this!! He puts his animals in fake potted plants and everything all of the time.. He decorates ours and other peoples' shrubs with his take along "friends" that he has with him while we are out. When hubby buys me flowers.. he loves hiding his smaller animals inside of the bunch lol! You can imagine how excited he is when the Christams tree gets set up! In January... I have to search the tree very carefully for extra "decoration" inside the tree! lol I never thought to add hanging loops to some of his animals! But, he could totally decorate the potted plants and bushes etc. with something like this and I would not have to search all of the greenery so thoroughly before we leave anywhere! Last time was at the cemetery... he hid some little animals in his brother's flowers that we left him..(it was so sweet that we had to just leave them as a gift for him:).

The textures/fabrics  are amazing as well! He is all about touch and squeezing/feeling different textures and materials. I think you are definitely on to something with this set!! Absolutely wonderfully done!!!!! I love it and am afraid to show my son!! lol

Love them! As usual.  Does the flamingo's head stand up on its own? What's in there?! Cheesy

I think a Bergamasco could be quite funny.

Oh man, how have I never heard of one of those! I only thought there were two dreadlocked dog breeds. Cheesy

This is such a great idea for using up scrap material, not to mention so darn cute!  I thought the same thing one I saw the sideways triangles.  As soon as I saw those, I thought that's gotta be Phizzy's creation.

I love all the animals, but my favorite is the horse. You are so creative!

Wow, thank you guys! It makes my heart sing that you like them, it really does! My face = Grin (only not so bright yellow...)

This would make a great swap BTW!
I think you could be right, it could be a very fun swap!

They'd look awesome as a more 3-D element to the Teesha Moore style journals you've made.  If you hadn't thought of that already.  Tongue
I really hadn't thought of that, what a great idea, thanks! Grin

That's really interesting, carinafox5, thank you for sharing that with us. I bet that keeps you on your toes, hunting in the greenery for his animals Smiley Animals with different textures sound like they would be wonderful to make for him. And adding loops to some of his current animals might be the perfect solution so he can go round hooking them onto plants and branches easily!

That's the only one that I had to prop up with something. It has a little bit of a wooden skewer in there Wink
They're such a cute moppy breed! Cheesy

How funny! Sounds like I'm really obvious to spot Cheesy

Ooh, that's a great idea!

Wow, that turned out to be a long post, but I wanted to get back to everyone. If I missed replying to anything, I'm sorry! Thanks for all the lovely comments! Smiley

I adore that bat!!  (I think that the poor thing is getting ignored since it isn't on the first page with the rest of them)...

And yes, you have a wonderfully distinctive syle! I am always so impressed that you move so comfortably between so many different mediums.
