My son (whose autistic "stuckism" is safari/zoo animals of all sorts -anything but dogs and cats usually
) would absolutely love something just like this!! He puts his animals in fake potted plants and everything all of the time..

Animals with different textures sound like they would be wonderful to make for him. And adding loops to some of his current animals might be the perfect solution so he can go round hooking them onto plants and branches easily!
