So I've been trying to eat healthier and to help me do that I've been tracking what I eat. Sort of. Not so consistently.  I finally realized that I needed some incentive to actually keep track of all this boring data. So I created a beautiful folder that serves as both a healthy recipe book and a food journal. Because as sad as it is, I am much more likely to follow through on my goals if they involve something pretty.

An image of the cover, with the title hand-stitched on:

And on the inside:

And a sneak peek at my recipe for high protein vegan waffles! They're delish!

Great job!  I really like the folder style and having two separate books for different things.

I like to use pretty stuff too  Wink

That record jacket is beautiful. The colors are stunning, and I love the idea overall. Nice work!

Guardie for life.

I am really interested in doing a personal swap, especially for greener things like reusable lady items, wool dryer balls, or other such things.  I can knit, sew, draw, and put things together in pretty neat ways.  Please PM me if you're interested.

Thanks! I've been enjoying using it. The recipe book is slowly filling up.  Smiley
