I was recently given a Pfaff Hobbylock 797  5 thread serger and I'm having some trouble threading it.  In the diagrams, after the threads go through the needles, they just kind of... waver off in to the air.  This is not helpful.  For the lower needles, what do I need to do between threading the needles and sewing?  I'm sure they need to go up through the plate somehow, but where?  Do I pull them through using the upper needles, like you do with the bobbin on a sewing machine?  Do I thread them through by hand?  do they all come out the same place?  There's a little hole that looks like it's where they should come out, but it's incredibly hard to thread them through there.  Also, it didn't seem to help...
I will be so grateful if anyone can help me!
Thanks

With my Hobbylock .799  the threads are taken to the right side of the pressure foot after threading. All you have to do is get a hold of them all, put the foot down and serge for a bit while gently pulling the threads while the needles establish their weave. Does that make sense? I don't know. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your help-
It shows something like that in the manual, but what I need to know is where do the threads go between the lower looper needles and my fingers?  Throught the hole in the plate?  do they all go together?
Thanks
