Strawberry cheesecake? No! Cheesecake strawberries!

I made these for a party recently, and they were so easy and quick to throw together! I was going to take process pics, but I was running late. In any case, they really don't even need a tute.

For raspberries:
Insert a chocolate chip into each berry. I used swirly chips for extra prettiness, but white or milk or dark would all rock.

For strawberries:
I used a little huller device to hollow them out quick-style.
Whip up a box of no-bake cheese cake (or be fancy and make real cheesecake)
Stuff the mixture into the strawberries with a small spoon.
Dip in graham cracker crumbs (they were included with the mix)
That's it!

These look Delicious.  Grin
When I first saw them I thought "How do you bake the cheesecake without ruining the berries?" Of course no-bake cheesecake. Brilliant.

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. . . . I would rather have cheese.
