I love making soap and so when it's my DH's birthday I thought I should make a cake, a soap cake!
I made the mini cakes a week ahead of time so they have time to harden up a little and turn brown like I planned.  Then I whipped up a batch of soap to thick, and started icing them.

Then I color the rest orange to pipe them.

OMG the orange turned very neon! Shocked  Question marks in my head!  Thank God it mellowed out to what I expected.

Consider it's my first time making cake of any kind, this is not too bad at all! Grin

Those are mad cakes! Brilliant.
I'm glad the orange toned down a little too!
