I made this skirt for a friend of mine.  I hand painted the silk, then made it into a skirt!  I'm thrilled with how it turned out.

WOW!!! That's awesome. Is that all their is to the grass/flower part, or does it extend around the back a bit as well?

It's really adorable, and will probably be so nice to wear. I love silk skirts.

Thanks!  The grass part extends a teeny bit past where you can see, but not by much.  I wanted to keep the design pretty minimal.
