Jillybeans, I'm sure I'll love what you made! I can hardly wait to find out what it is Grin And I'm sure it'll make it's way to me, maybe it just stopped to do some sightseeing Wink

AlmostDawn - I don't really understand what a GRE is, but I'm holding my fingers crossed for you. May the concentrated cuteness of everyone's stuffie be with you!

Could we please extend with the sign-ups for round 7 until the beginning of August?  I need to get a hold of a new sewing machine.....

Good luck on the GRE! Just remember to relax--your college GPA, experience, and statement of purpose are taken more seriously than those numbers. Do your best and it will all work out!

Tempting, but not for me I think. I was trying to cut back over June and July, until after the end of August, and somehow I find myself with an almost full plate.

It's a test I've gotta take to go to grad school over here in the states. I'm sure the stuffies will help me remember all the math formulas  Wink

I was thinking of starting signups on Aug. 4th..and having them go until the 11th or 12th. Then two weeks crafting time. So sendouts by Aug. 26th. or prolly Aug. 29 to give everyone another weekend to craft.
Sound good?

I would totally sign up! Especially if the send-outs are on the 29th. Even if it was the 26th I'd make it work. You all were right, this is kinda addicting!

I just got back from my wee vacation, and I managed to get unpacked before I had to tear into my package from Spoopy that came while I was away.  SO with out further ado.....IVAN THE GIANT ISOPOD!!

Isn't he fab??  I squeed when I read the note that she sent as I LOVE all the strange things that live in the sea.  Here is what Spoopy has to say about Ivan...

"These weird alien/lobster creatures live in the ocean depths and are seen at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico.  They like to eat dead things more then hunt.  Ivan likes to eat peoples left overs (he leapt at my left over fries from my dinner as soon as I opened the gorgeous bag that he arrived in.) and to hide under things especially were food might drop like the fridge or dinner table (I think I will find him under my poodle when he eats...he's a bit messy).  He's also rather shy.....And he likes the crusts off toast"

He has all the details the real ones have.  I really like how you used the felt for his plating.  Thanks so much Spoopy I love him...infact I'm now very nervous about the stuffy I sent you...I hope it gets to you soon.
