My sister was in a day of the dead swap recently and had bought some extra fabric she would eventually want something out of. So I invaded her crafting supplies and made her a bag out of the fabric. I used Simplicity pattern 2396.

This is the second thing i have ever sewn on a machine and its the first pattern i've ever followed.

My friend would love this bag.  That is fabulous, that's one craft I want to learn.
