I had just enough yellow polka dot fabric left to make a cute lil pair of bloomers
10 rows of shirring at the waist and 4 rows on each leg

Ahhhh...they're so cute!!!  I've been seeing Bloomers worn as outerwear/a type of shorts for summer.  Been planning on making some myself, but still trying to decide what fabric I wanna use.

thanks , I just use elastic shirring thread , hand roll the elastic thread in the bottom bobbin and use what ever color regular thread on the top this is the brand I use just cause thats what My craft store carries but there are other brands ...
