My husband built this pot belly pig habitat for our pigs Penelope and Porkchop. It has a misting system to help cool them off and they get hosed several times a day. They love to wander around the yard outside the pen. Until we got the ( rescues ) pigs I assumed pigs were not very bright, boy was I wrong! Porkchop figured out how to lift the gate off the hinges and then went and busted Penelope out too.
Since welcoming them into our home I no longer eat pork, they are so sweet and smart bacon is now ruined for me.

awwwww I love pigs...they look very happy!  Did you know that pigs are some of the most intelligent creatures in the animal kingdom?  Yup..makes one think twice about eating them.
