 Huh

So I made 12 baby hangers for a friend, and I'm not sure how much to charge her.

Anyone have any suggestions???

Thanks!

If you were to sell them at a craft show, the general rule of thumb is to triple the retail cost of your materials. But since you're doing it for a friend, just double the costs.

There's NOTHING at a craft show, or on Etsy, anybody NEEDS. NOTHING.

My rule is never do any work for anyone without clearing the price first. Get half up front to cover the cost of supplies. Serious people will pay up front, without any problem. All you have to do is ask. And friends pay like everyone else, otherwise you'll have your friends taking advantage of you f-o-r-e-v-e-r.
