RElatively new to craftster but this is the first time I've come to the cooking section.  Was glad to see all the recipes especially the canning.  I can anything I can get my hands on that I think my family will eat.  (We raise most of what we eat).  So far this year garden is a little behind.  (My garden is about an acre) But I have managed to can currant jelly and banana jam (I came across a really good buy on the bananas).  Red raspberries are being frozen as I pick them till I get enough to either make jam or syrup. I found a few good recipes here that I'm going to try. And if someone has a question I'll try to answer. Every year we try to add something new this year we planted yellow raspberries.
