I just ordered a bunch of supplies online.  I'm finding it's actually hard to get my older daughter to craft in the summer, because her friend from across the street comes over and she wants to go swim!  (We homeschool, so during the school year we can make use of midday hours while the friend across the street is gone at school.)

Snow! Here, we only have shave ice.

Since it's my first swap, I am wondering if we can, should or must not put more stuff in the package like candies, cookies or small bought or made items.

I'm thinking extras are most def allowed since the requirements had listed "at least" one medium and 3 smalls. You probably ought to check with your partner before you go too over the top. I feel awful when I get spoiled rotten by a partner and I didn't spoil them back.

Yep, this.  It's definitely acceptable, but not required, to include "extras" in the package.  But if you're wanting to includelots of extras, check to be sure your partner won't be uncomfortable.  (It depends on the partner.  For me, for example, a long as my partner knows I can't "spoil" back, and still just wants to, I don't mind getting spoiled. Wink  But it makes some people feel bad.  And some would spoil back if they just knew.)  Communication is always a good thing! Smiley

Oh, and just FYI, that's pretty much the way it works in any swap around here unless the swap description specifies otherwise.

Let's see, Cass has 2 items completed and 2 mostly completed and waiting for mommy to add the finishing touches. We've got another in progress and I still need to start the item I'm creating on my own Cheesy Still, we're making good progress.
