Overview:
Over 200 fashion sewing, quilting, needle arts, home decorating and crafting classes; shopping at over 125 exhibits; over 25 fashion style shows and competitions at the 18th annual American Sewing Expo. Reality sewing competition, one of a kind fabrics and supplies, hands-on workshops and demonstrations provide techniques and tips for beginner and veteran crafters and sewers. Experts include 2008 Project Runway semi-finalist Stephen “Suede” Baum, HGTV Sew Perfect show host Sandra Betzina, PBS-TV sewing and quilting show host Sue Hausmann, quilting expert Kathy Delaney and other fashion sewing designers including Kathy Ruddy, Barb Calahan, Joi Mahon and Angie Wolf.
