So, I made this crib size baby quilt for a friend's Grandpa's benefit, which is taking place this Sunday in my hometown. I have no idea what it is really worth, since I've never sold one of my quilts (they've always been gifts)...I was thinking of valuing it at $85...but any other price ideas would be greatly appreciated! Please comment your opinion. I don't want to over-value it, but of course we're trying to get top dollar for it!

Other than that, I'm a subdued, warm color type of girl, so this isn't my favorite project I've ever done. However, I hope some mama will absolutely love it for their baby girl. I always, always strive to make blankets that can grow throughout the years with the child. It's one of my favorite challenges in quilting. Smiley

This is awesome. Don't sell yourself short price wise! If you spent a lot of time on it, someone will see that and be willing to pay! Smiley

I can't help with pricing, but I love this quilt!  I'm a bright color person, and the prints are wonderful.

There's one in every family, and I'm an only child.

That is really pretty, I love the colors.  The backing is my favorite, do you know what brand/line that is?

My husband once suggested to me pricing could be cost of materials + hourly wage, so if it took you 6 hrs, 6x say $10.

Also, as it's a fundraiser, people will pay more, I don't think asking $100 would be too much

Thanks! That's a good idea about the hours thing! And the whole quilt is from lines from hobby lobby. I wasn't sure about the backing at first, but thought it coordinated well one all was said and done.
