i made this frame in memory of my niece who passed away, i put images of her favorite things (butterfly, frida kahlo & day of the dead) and favorite colors (black & red). the techniques i used were reverse glass painting, glass fusing, altered dominoes, decoupage, and crackle painting.

Very beautiful. I have something similar for my kitty! You did a great job on it!

Fabric, paper, fabric, paper, oh! I just cant choose!! Unless I mix them together and create something with fabric AND paper in a glorious harmony!

It's like a retablo and I think Freida would have been very pleased with this, she loved butterflies too.
