My friend has a thing for "supper muffins". So I made her one for her birthday.

To get the shape of the top part I enlarged a fleece hat pattern I found online

I cut the lampshade down to the right size so it would look more muffin like. Then I sewed together 4 pieces of fleeces in the shape of those patern pieces and glued that to the lampshade. Next step, add the stuffing (pillow/teddy bear fluff...

To keep the fluff from falling into the lampshade area I glued this piece of paper covered in tape (for added strength) between those two areas.

I also glued a piece of posterboard onto the very bottom so you couldn't see into the lampshade.

No super muffin is complete without a cape:

Here's my friend with her muffin:

Hahaha! So cute! But I saw "super muffin" and am on a very slow computer so I only saw the lamp at first so I thought you were going to somehow fill up the lampshade with batter and bake it! Heh, guess I'm as slow as this computer today (a hur hur).
