Here's a clever idea to keep your helium balloons in place. Take a piece of colored tulle, and fill with clear marbles (or beads/trinkets I suppose), then tie off with a pretty ribbon. No need to buy one of those ugly ones from the store, this one is eco-friendly and reusable!  When you're done with it, just re-craft into something else.
