I made this at the beginning of June for the CHA show and posted it on the Misc. forum, but here's my contest entry!

Meet my Cyber Angel (Miraculous Vision):

She's broken down into computer hardware, a dowel, a K'Nex gear, a pile of copper wire, some Fixit Sculpt, glue, water, paper towels, tinfoil, acrylic and watercolor paints, and some random book phrases.

Her body started as paper mache over a foil and wire framework and then had horns and spikes added with Fixit Sculpt (AWESOME but stinky stuff!).  I sliced and diced computer boards/chips/peripherals then wired and soldered them together for the wings and made barbed wire out of 24-gauge copper wire (that was KILLER on the thumbs).

I picked a random excerpt out of a book of erotic horror: "miraculous vision of hope".  Then I painted everything black and added stripes on her stick out of more random lines of text.  Her face is watercolor on watercolor paper and is stuck on (I usually do faces with fabric that has a couple coats of absorbent ground gesso, and they're really flexible and awesome, but using watercolor paper instead was pretty awful)

I think that's everything!  I wish I would have taken progress pictures!

Here are back and side views:

PHEW!  Thanks for looking! Cheesy

She's stunning! Her horns and her backbone spikes have an organic look to them, cool.
