The deer DO look a wee-bit sinister, which i like a lot. It could be interpreted as playful, or creeping horror. Super well made.

Girl!  Your items are so lovely!  I love using felt, so I understand your fondness for it.  I've never been a huge fan of owls, but wow...what you did with the theme...awesome!

Your designs and stitching is immaculate! I am especially impressed by the way you combined influences for the owl, but my favourite one is the one imspired by oh deer. Gorgeous work!

I had to laugh. Your Vicious Deer brought back happy memories of a trip to the city of Nara in Japan.  There is a park there with tame deer very like the ones you have pictured.  You can buy little packets of wafers to feed them but of course they know that visitors have these wafers and they don't wait to be fed - they come and take them, by force if necessary.  I ended up surrounded by a pack of very determined deer - and to avoid being mugged like your heroine I had to throw the packet to them and leg it in the opposite direction.
