I will claim Padfoot again for Machine Embroidered shirts or overalls/dresses ( depends what size I can find ) and Emily a deco box in something she likes ( again depends on what papers I can find )

Hello all, I am Monica your org Most of you know that however LOL. I am a really strong lady I have learned who just is a bull by the horn girl. I am really blessed to have great friends here as my DH says My BFF in the box Smiley I have to say I am trying to convert my home to as much homemade craftiness as I can it makes me happy. I love so many things and my home is so fun and different in each room really. I am a surfer type ocean girl (I will be on a board again when I get my knee replaced. We live at the beach on the Crystal Coast the last bank of the famed Outer Banks of North Carolina. I love pink and girly but some edgy too. I am an ride it fast kind of girl. I drive my motorcycle year round. I love to ride and love the ocean. We are teaching the kids to ride horses and Atlanta to surf, how fun. She is a beach bum really they both are. They love to fish and hunt ( shhhh she sits in the woods with me and looks at the animals) only time she shuts up LOL...

I am into clean lines I guess as to messy, I cant stand things looking cluttered or things that are tossed together looking in my house, hair etc everything is just right before we leave the house LOL Odd I know makeup to the beach and even hunting..Odd ball huh....

We have 2 beautiful grandkids that my DH and I are raising.
Atlanta is a fun 6 year old. Smart beyond her years when it comes to witty and artistic and then Houston is 3. He is a sweet boy who loves his "LOLLY" that's me..I am their Lolly. (I am too young and fun to be called grandma). He is a special child that was blessed to have taught us so much compassion and love. He has Autism and cant for some odd reason deal with Kelly/Crayon green...not in M&M's or Lego's nothing at all....He hates to shop but loves to help carry in the bags and cries if he does not feel like he is being helpful  Cry I always have a bag to carry in. They both love to garden. He is so happy there and at the beach. The only places I think he is like everyone else and his brain is at peace Smiley

We have some Allergies in the house...Atlanta has a lung illness like asthma. She cant be around the sticky tar stuff from cigarettes. If you smoke inside pass on claiming us. If you smoke outdoors make sure to please wash your hands and supplies well to not have issues.
I have a huge pintrest 700 or so items if there is something there you want to make that is not on the list here shoot me a PM I am sure I want it LOL!! i claim babalina58 for a seagull pendant, and maybe some pinned surprise

this is my 5th claim this round (2,0,3)

hiya!  i've added some new stuff to my list, so maybe i won't hold up the wishing so much this time!

my name is jo and i am from a small town outside of st. louis, mo.  my husband and i recently bought our first home, and i am thrilled to finally decorate the way renters just cannot.  we have 2 awesome kiddos - a 7-year-old girl and a 13-month-old boy.

i love bright colors, but i'd say that aqua is likely my favorite - it's all over the house.  i do not like darker shades much, aside from black, so no burgundies or hunter greens.

my style is a bit all over the place - it's shabby chic meets modern country?  i am a recovering hoarder (just kidding, mostly), so i don't allow myself many knick-knacks.  if it hangs on a wall, awesome - otherwise it must serve a purpose or be extremely sentimental.  i am eternally drawn to peacocks, catholic insignia, sugar skulls, bunnies, filigree, and zebra stripes, just to give you an idea.

some stalker-friendly places to get a peek of me:
*my website, which is full of stuff i make and a bit of my family: www.josasser.com (there's a swap entry on there that might give you some info)
*i put a lot of effort into my pins, so they are more organized.  anything from there, especially any of the "i want . . . " boards: http://pinterest.com/josasser/
*my wists are not so detailed, but good for ideas: http://wists.com/josasser

and my wishes . . . (***'s indicate big wishes!)

- hooplas!  my hoopla wall is in my kitchen, so they need to work within a red/lime green/aqua color scheme and be 8" hoops.  i know 8" hoops are not the most common, so i am ok with 10" hoops if that's all you have.  you can do anything you want to the hoopla - cross stitch, embroider, felt, paint it, bead it, quilt it - whatever!  themes i would love to have: bunnies, sugar skulls, peacocks/peacock feathers, coo-coo clocks, ninjas, cupcakes, the cheshire cat, dandilions, sacred hearts (and other catholic insignia), anything from or inspired by these: http://pinterest.com/josasser/i-want-hoopla-loves/ .  take a look around my pinterest boards and there might be something else you can hoopla out

- creative family portraits.  i know this is a weird one, but this is a huge wish of mine.  i know there are some wildly creative persons out there, and if anyone feels comfortable doing something like this i'll love you forever.  take a look here to see examples of what i am looking for: http://pinterest.com/josasser/i-want-family-portraits/

- throw pillows or pillow cases for standard sizes.  i have a few examples in my pins (some on the way, but i can always use more!)

- wind chimes.  i am more concerned with the sound than the look, although colorful is awesome:)  we're looking for low, soothing sounds.  dongs, not dings.  used/recycled is fine

- high quality and colorful (bright colors) ATCs in any 2D or very slight 3D media you master, in any of the following themes: peacocks/peacock feathers, 7 deadly sins, cheshire cat (doesn't need to be the disney one), birdies, sugar skulls, catholic insignia (sacred hearts, our lady of guadalupe, etc), bunnies, dandelions,   demetri martin comedy, e.e.cummings' 'i carry your heart', edger allen poe's 'the raven', the wee free men, zebra stripes, buddha, lotus flowers, anything inspired by my pins.  please note that i intend to mat and frame these, so anything too 3D or interactive is not going to work Wink

- pretty potholders.  i'd love some quilted potholders, especially like the ones on here: http://pinterest.com/josasser/i-want-for-my-home/ .  reds/aquas/lime greens for my kitchen, please?

*** - a few reusable swiffer max covers - see my pins

*** - felted soaps. (*US SWAPPERS ONLY* apparently)  my bathroom is aqua, steely blue, lavender, dark purple, fern greens, taupes, creamy whites - so felt in any of those colors would work.  i like scents like lilac (the flower, not the perfumy stuff), honeysuckle, milk, white tea, fresh linen, etc.  light, airy scents, nothing too powerful.

- a scrappy coil bowl

*** - super wish - a wooden growth chart kinda like the ones i have in here: http://pinterest.com/josasser/i-want-for-my-home/ .  i want one that hangs and i can turn around.  the back can either have some of your art (this will be hanging in my red/lime/aqua kitchen, so the name "Sasser" would be cool) or blank so i can do my own.

- a super cool, colorful, happy yarn wreath.  http://pinterest.com/pin/48513974/ - i've received one from SMLounsbury, but i could always use a couple more

- feltidermy!  desperately seeking a feltidermy series: http://pinterest.com/pin/44317618/

- an address sign type thing for our new house, maybe something like this: http://pinterest.com/pin/54954338/  or like this: http://pinterest.com/pin/57479928/

- a long shot, but an altered jewelry box would be awesome.  my current jewelry box is destroyed and hidden away in shame.  i am in love with this one, so anything similar would rock my socks:  http://pinterest.com/pin/57580395/

- a new purse.  it must be big, able to hang on my shoulder or across my shoulder, have 3-4 small pockets inside, and be baddazz.  if it has an exterior cellphone pocket, awesome.  i have several pinned for examples

- a purple afghan.  http://www.etsy.com/listing/64709876/lilac-flower-afghan?ref=sr_list_18&ga_search_submit=&ga_search_query=afghan+purple&ga_noautofacet=1&ga_page=5&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_facet=handmade%2Fcrochet%2Fafghan

- ceramic bowls, cups, platters - there's a couple in my pins.  i love pieces that are plain or even a little off.  my dream is to one day have an entire mismatched setting of hand made ceramics.  i love the look of salt firing, and if the glaze is neutral shades with a hint of red or aqua or lime green - you've made my week!

- wearables - an apron, a patchwork skirt, a knitted sweater thing, t-shirts, hoodies inspired by my pins.  take a look at my pins, and ask me about sizes

- a surprise?  i'm game for a surprise.

crafts for others . . .

*** - a toddler walking leash (yes, i'm now one of those parents) - see some of my pins for examples

- for my daughter - clothes for her build-a-bear fox named "foxy".  if foxy and georgia could match in some way, all the better (she's an Cool

- for the boy, a necktie for an upcoming event (said event is aug 6, so if it's not doable by then, scratch this one) : http://pinterest.com/pin/58723210/

- cloth diapers.  my son is 21lb, wearing 12-18 mo, so either a sized diaper that will fit him or a OS.  a pocket dipe or AIO would be stellar (we just are not huge fans of fitteds and covers), and if there happened to be ninja/robot/monster/animals cuteness all the better!  anything but sports.

- a nac mac feegle plushie for the girl: http://pinterest.com/pin/60045375/

- anything fox for the boy, or anything squirrel for the girl, or anything you see here: http://pinterest.com/josasser/i-want-it-for-the-kiddos/

- anyone make incense burners?  hubby needs a new one!  he's a plain guy, so something black and simple, maybe with a bit of buddha incorporated?

- for my mom - garden stepping stones, stamped spoon garden markers that say "grow, dammit!", matching necklace/earring sets (message me for specifics)

- christmas gifts for my nieces/nephews - 15y/o girl into 30 seconds to mars and horses, 9y/o girl into taylor swift and horses and reading, 8y/o boy into all sports, 4y/o boy with autism who likes simple toys with moving parts, 2y/o girl who i have no ideas for (no clothes or accessories) - message me for more details.

*** - used crayola crayons - nubs and bits welcome!

- 3 solid yards of sheer ivory fabric

- tree branch buttons: http://pinterest.com/pin/57507423/

- thick or chunky yarns, especially wool that is dyed or undyed

- dyed or undyed felting wool

- old game boards/pieces, whimsies

- large buttons, 1.5"+

- old, ornate or wooden picture frames, most any size

- alphabet stickers, or rub-ons

- acrylic paint and brushes

- wooden candlesticks, bowls, plagues, etc that i can sand down and paint

*** - a wood-burning tool

- 8" embroidery hoops, especially wooden ones or any red/lime/aqua ones

- embroidery floss

- a puzzle (16+ pieces) suitable for altering

- a board book suitable for altering

- fun ribbons (rainbow, zebra stripes, sparkly, etc)

- origami paper (wrapping paper cut into squares works fine Smiley )

-any of your favorite dessert or crockpot recipes

-aveda tea

-blue mason jars

So, my names Leah. I am a 25 year old graduate student and teacher in the North Georgia Mountains. In my precious free-time I write and craft. Ive been stitching (cross-stitch and embroidery) more than anything else lately, but love to sew, bead, knit and crochet.

Ive a sweet husband of six years and two Boston terrorists (terriers) that live at my house.

My nerdiness defines me and I love anatomy and literature. Combine those and I squee. I also love maps and cartography, especially whimsical or cute style.

Im deathly allergic to kiwi and strawberries, so no scents or flavors from those please. Otherwise, Im good.

-Mugs and mug cozies would be loved!
-Homemade sugar scrub
-Kindle 3 covers or armor
-Decoupage wall letters (any style or material, Im assembling a mixed set!))

-Rubiks Cubes
-Harry Potter

I claim Scriblette for Granny Squares, Crocheted cloche hat, a mug cozy, circular needles, and tea.

This is my 2nd claim, 0 in transit, 0 received.

Hello! My name's Diana and I'm from southern California. Im 24 years old, I live with my husband of almost 3 years, my chihuahua mixed dog Georgie and my rat terrier dog Sophie. I'm a part time domestic goddess, but a full time art geek. My favorite color scheme is pink-black-white. My favorite colors in order are pink, red, seafoam green, electric blue, and red-violet. I love polka dots, circles, argyle, and plaid. I also currently have an obsession with zebra stripes. I also love leopard print but in unnatural colors (I really dont like the orangey yellow and black spot).

Allergy note: I have a wool sensitivity, mostly around sensitive areas like my neck and my forehead. I have extremely sensitive skin, so no soaps or lotions with a lot of chemicals/artificial ingredients. Hypoallergenic, home made, or organic skin products only.

My favorite scents are Vanilla, Strawberry, and Citrus.

3 Claims/0 sent/0 received

About Me: My name is Laura and I live in Maryland with my husband, 3 kids, a dog, a cat, a rabbit, and frogs.

I love cross stitch and embroidery and I have a huge wall set aside for hoops. It has had many beautiful additions from swapping, but there is a ton of room left to fill.

I pretend I know how to sew and my sewing is improving thanks to some of my past partners linking wonderful tutorials to items they want.

I am a huge fan of Firefly/Serenity, steampunk, and the color blue in all shades. Most rooms in my house are white or beige with blue accents, my living room is pale green. I need some color. I'm trying to make our house feel something like a beach cottage (even tho we are about 30 minute drive from the Chesapeake bay) but the house has more of an overstuffed, cluttered, lived in feel.

I claim averia for a quaggy wall art!!!!!

2nd claim/ 1 sent/ 0 received

Hello from the state of Texas! My name is Robin and I am a 50 year old craftaholic! I enjoy crafting and have for over 30 years. I enjoy cross-stitch, embroidery, sewing, painting and cutting wood. I dabble in it all and only wished my friends did too. I have 2 Schnauzers Bandit and Sugar. And several fish tanks full of Discus and Angelfish. I love the outdoors and spend a lot of time at the lake in the summer. I also collect vintage items such as old board games, 50s kitchen items in aqua/pale yellow, resin napkin holders from the 60s. Some of my likes are cupcakes, dragonflies, frogs,

I do not like the color grass green, other shades such as sage, lime, yellow green are ok.

My goal this year is to use up some supplies and try some new and different crafts like crochet, resin casting and stump work embroidery.
