Very cute!

I love personal swaps! I always need fabric, findings/notions, and cute handmade things!

I just got back from a trip and my package from Desired Constellation was waiting for me.  I also just got word that the package I sent was recieved yesterday, as Desired Constellation's camera is down, I will post all the photos.

Here are the earrings that I sent, the silver pebble earrings are based on the silver pebbles that Hansel scattered and shone in the moonlight to help find their way home in Hansel and Grettle.

The Red Triangle earrings are inspired by Little Red Riding Hood's hood.

The white and brass earrings are inspired by the Six Swans, each white bead represents a swan feather.

The last pair, is inspired by the Dancing Princesses, they will dance on the ears.

The following are the items that Desired Constellation sent me based on the following stories.

  Goose Girl

The Golden Bird

Queen Bee

I love all the items, thank you Desired Constellation.  I am particularly fond of the Diorama.
(I had to modify the post, I hit some key and erased about half of what I was typing.)

It wouldve been nice to know you were going on a trip and that you wouldnt be messaging in the thread at all, but i am glad your packages arrived safely. Very nice earrings. The seven swan inspired ones are my favorite.
I also love that Goose Girl bookmark and Rapunzel ATC.

Nice packages for both of you!

When I got home yesterday evening I found that I had received my package all the way from Australia! Squee! (Australia Post does not fool around...she shipped on Friday!) Anyway...onto the story....

There was a very special little girl who received a wonderful red cape as a present from her grandmother:

Her grandmother must love her very much....look how fancy the cape is!:

"Snow-white and Rose-red, do not be afraid;wait, I will come with you." They knew his voice and waited, and when he came up to them suddenly his bearskin fell off, and there he stood a handsome man, clothed all in gold" I am a King's Son, and I was bewitched by that wicked dwarf."

Handsome Prince:

(That little hanger the bearskin is on just kills me! Also...the prince can actually wear the bearskin too.)

And they all came in this nice little box:

Last but not least...

TimTams! I've been wanting to try this for ages, but you can not get them stateside at all. I'll be savoring these slowly (and hiding them from the kids).

Thank you so, so much for my package Deliqueena! I love my little dollies so much. They will be getting a prominent place in my home so that I can show them off to everyone. Smiley
