Not trying to thread jack but how do you sell from fb?  I might be reading that wrong..
I post the item on my facebook in an album, and a link to my etsy store. I do much better that way than most any other so far. The blogs do nothing for me so I've kind of given up on that. And twitter for advertising is just annoying.

Offering to link swap with other etsy sellers on FB helps ALLOT.There are also a few FB groups that is just for Etsy promo.

One thing I see people do is, in their Etsy info they'll put a link to the facebook page for their business and say "LIKE the [business name] for updates and exclusive discounts!"
If your customers know that you occasionally do promos and discounts that are only promoted via your facebook page they'll be more likely to hit that LIKE button. I know it works on me! There are a few etsy and non etsy sellers that I follow on facebook just so I know when they get new merch and have sales.
